Common questions

• Restore Alignment+ on a new device — open the membership screen in the app and choose Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID you originally subscribed with.
• Cancel or manage your membership — your App Store settings handle billing. The membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Delete your account — in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account and all data. This removes your account and every reflection from our servers.
• Print your Legacy Document — in the Legacy tab, choose Customize & print, then export the PDF and print it anywhere.
